| If your order has been successfully processed, we will immediately dispatch your order. In the majority of instances this means your order will be sent either the day the order is received or the next working day.
If in the unlikely event that we receive payment for goods that are temporarily out of stock, we will inform you via telephone or email immediately.
Postal Charges
Our postal charges are added at the checkout stage of the order process. We are able to accept orders to destinations listed below subject to the associated charge:

General Delivery Information
- Free of Charge Carriage only applies to deliveries within mainland UK. Extra charges apply to areas outside of mainland UK.
- The only areas we deliver to outside of Mainland UK are Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles.
- All mainland UK orders under £70.00 (Inc VAT) a delivery charge of £7.95 applies.
- Carriage is paid for all orders over £70.00 (Inc VAT).
- All Saturday mainland UK deliveries are subject to a £19.95 (Inc VAT) carriage surcharge.
- All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon when an RMA number will be issued. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- A signature will be required for your delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, Parcel Force will leave a card and the Parcel will be taken to your Local Post Office or Sorting Office. You will then be required either to collect from there or arrange re-delivery.
Delivery Surcharges
Delivery to some destinations is subject to a delivery surcharge of £17.95 (Inc VAT) These destinations include but are not limited to NI, Scottish Isles and IOM. If you are not sure you can email us at sales@purelighting.co.uk and we will gladly provide you with a quote.
The delivery surcharge, if any, will be added when our customer service team process your order.
Delivery terms and Conditions
1.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, except that some deliveries are not made outside the United Kingdom.
2.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)
3.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier's control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that have been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
4.
If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier , the Supplier may:
4.1
store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
4.2
sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.
5.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.
6.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.
7.
Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by the Supplier in advance of the quoted delivery date.
8.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
9.
When your order arrives you must check for damages and or shortages. Claims for damages and or shortages have to be made within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. Claims for damages and or shortages made after 48 hours of your delivery arriving will be refused. Time and date of delivery is recorded with our carriers.
Keep all the packaging from your delivery in a secure dry environment in case you need to return any part of your order to us.
Back Orders and Special Order Items
Goods that are temporarily out of stock should be dispatched within 14 working days. If there is any further delay you will be notified and given the option to cancel.
Some of our more exclusive lighting products may only be available as a Special Order, this will be stipulated. Every effort will be made to deliver these orders within the quoted delivery time however we are unable to guarantee dates. In such cases your normal cancellation rights still apply.
